Kathy is the Chief Actuary and Chief Risk Officer for the Company.

Kathy has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance market as a qualified P&C actuary. She has a demonstrated track record in reinsurance treaty and insurance policy pricing, reinsurance and insurance underwriting and reserving, financial and strategic planning, M&A due diligence and integration, and enterprise risk management.

From 2015-2018, Kathy was Senior Vice President, Head of Horseshoe Insurance Advisory where she was responsible for all actuarial engagements for the Horseshoe Group. She previously served as a consultant for a U.S.-based hedge fund and spent 10-plus years at Endurance Specialty Holdings in actuarial and underwriting roles.

Kathy is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
